McKenna's Story
Hello! I’m McKenna, a dog and parrot trainer with years of experience. I've trained everything from dogs to birds, and even rats, mice, and fish! Over the years, I’ve learned to apply psychological principles to address emotional issues and fix bad habits in pets by reinforcing appropriate reactions and forming good habits. My background includes teaching hundreds of different people and dogs in group classes and I have years of hands-on service dog training experience.
Through all of this, I've learned that each animal is unique, which is why we’ve developed a curriculum tailored to fit every pet's need. I'm all about positive reinforcement and want to create a world that no longer feels the need to use aversive methods.

Monica's Story
Hey there! I'm Monica (the one in the blue). My passion for dog training began when I was young, but it wasn't until I trained my own service dog that I truly understood the challenges of training a dog while managing a disability. During that time, I relied on training logs, planners, and even social media to track progress, but it was overwhelming. That's why my sister and I created Pup School; to help you stay on track with your dog's training, whether they're a working dog or a pet. I've spent years researching dog behavior and training methods, including attending an accredited dog trainer school and training under multiple certified professionals.
We’ve combined our knowledge and experience to create a user-friendly training system that’s easy to follow—no prior expertise required!
